We have some of the best value prices in Cypress and around Houston. No contracts just month to month and cancel whenever you want. All membership plans will give you 24 hour access to the gym. And unlike other health clubs and 24 hour gyms we are open during all holidays.

Family plans
Add on additional family members for $35 each.
A maximum of 2 adults are allowed per membership.
The second adult must reside with the primary member. Same Address. The primary or second adult must be the parent or legal guardian of the children under age 23 on the membership plan.
Military / Vet, First Responder

Current & Prior Military Service Men & Women, EMT, Police, and Fireman
Family plans
